Terms and Conditions

We  kindly ask you to take some of your time  to read  our terms and conditions.

This agreement applies to all users “you” and “your private chef in Amalfi ” (collectively the parties) and “services” provided by your private chef in Amalfi.

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & FLEXIBILITY

In order to book our service we require €150.00 deposit to hold the date.

In some cirsumstances, your private chef in Amalfi may reserve the right to apply different booking conditions, however this will be notified during the booking process.

Once you have confirmed  date and location by email to your private chef in Amalfi, if you need to re-schedule or cancel, we will always do our best to help. If you confirm your cancellation at least 45 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund,  a 5% will be deduct from the  deposit  for  administration fees.

If you cancel less than 45 days there is no refund.  In some occassions , upon request, your private chef in amalfi ,may be able to change the date subject to the availability of the chef, but this is not guaranteed.

Very rarely there may be a delay in the arrival of our chef, or your private chef in amalfi ,may need to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, sudden illness, unavailability or breakdown of transport or equipment. Should this occur, you will receive a full refund for any paid deposit for the hire of the personal chef.

Changing the number of people attending your dinner party

On booking, your private chef in Amalfi, will ask how many people will be attending the dinner party.

If you would like to reduce the number of guests attending your event, please notify your private chef in Amalfi at least 7 days prior  to the scheduled date, there will be no refund.

If you would like to increase the number of guests attending your event, as long as you notify your private chef in Amalfi more than 3 days in advance of the scheduled date, your private chef in Amalfi, will arrange for the additional requirements. There will be an additional charge per person.

CONFIRMING THE MENU

Please choose your dishes carefully and ensure you have read, asked any relevant questions regarding taste, texture or ingredients and that you have fully  understood the description of the plates. While your private chef in Amalfi makes every effort to describe all dishes accurately, not every single ingredient can be listed. You can request full description of the ingredients in each dish prior to booking, please do so by email. By confirming your menu you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the description and concluding information concerning the dishes and accept responsibility for choosing the goods ordered.

Before  your private chef in Amalfi prepares food for you, a client consultation will be carried out to assess food preference, dietary requirements, allergies and kitchen equipment available. It is the clients responsibility to provide accurate, complete and updated information as required to provide food to you and your family’s tastes and requirements, including making sure of the correct function of kitchen appliances. Your private chef in Amalfi does not accept any responsibility or makes any warranties for clients not disclosing any valid information.

EXCLUSIONS

Drinks are not included in any of your private chef in Amalfi. 

PAYMENTS 

Bank Transfer: For payments done via direct bank transfer we require full payment to reach our bank account 7 days prior the scheduled date (no commission required).

Credit card For payments via credit card , you can pay directly at the end of the service ( extra 4% commission).

Cash: For payments done by cash you can pay directly the chef at the end of service ( extra 4% commission )
